Chamber Committees
Committee is a great way
to get involved! By sharing your skills, we can all work together to make
our Chamber strong and effective. Get involved...you will receive much
more than you give!
Recognition
Committee members receive recognition from other members for sharing
their business expertise and through their involvement with the chamber
and the community.
Meeting Schedule
Committee meetings are held once a month on a specific day of the week.
All meetings are kept strictly within the time allotted to respect the
time you have to offer. Meetings for each Committee are announced in the
Chamber calendar which is distributed in our monthly newsletter, The
Voice.

You are welcome to visit the meetings of each Committee and decide for

Term
Committee Chairs are chosen by the Chamber president. Members of the
Committee serve at their convenience.

Ambassadors
Mission Statement
Ambassadors
are the welcoming arms of the Chamber who act as mentors to help members
utilize membership benefits and become involved. Ambassadors promote the
Chamber and the value of membership through participation and
implementation of quality programs that create awareness and promotion of
Evergreen and its businesses.
Meetings
The Ambassadors Committee meets the first Thursday of every month at
4:00 p.m. at the Evergreen Chamber Business Center (ECBC). Chair: Karen

Mountain Tech Forum .... the Chamber's Business
Resource Group
Mission Statement
Mountain Tech/Business Resource's mission is to provide educational
resources and support to help businesses achieve improved performance.
Resources will be in a variety of formats, convenient and affordable.
The Mountain Tech/Business Resource committee adds value by engaging
and strengthening Evergreen businesses through education, technology,
business resources and tools.

Mountain Tech Forum ... the Chamber's Business Resource
group meets the first Tuesday of every month at 7:30 a.m. at the Camp

Community & Chamber Relations Committee
Mission Statement
The Community Relations Committee's mission is to serve as liaison from
the Chamber to the Evergreen area community with regard to issues facing
our community, the Community calendar, Events, Volunteer registration and
other activities.

The Community Relations Committee meets the first Thursday of each
month at 7:30 a.m. at the Evergreen Chamber Business Center (ECBC). Chair:

Marketing Committee
Mission Statement
The Marketing Committee's mission is to assess, develop
and implement strategies and tactics to effectively brand, differentiate
and promote Evergreen, its businesses and the Evergreen Area Chamber of
Commerce. To enhance the visibility and accessibility of our community and
