Membership List, Bulk Mail Agreement & Permit Instructions

Bulk Mail Permit

You may use the Chamber’s bulk mail permit free of charge for your bulk mail needs; bulk mail requirements are a minimum of 200 pieces.

Membership List

A regularly updated membership list is available by email to all members free of charge. There is a fee for a printed copy of the list. Call the office at 303-674-3412 for more details.

Web Site Image Guidelines

The Evergreen Area Chamber of Commerce Online Membership Directory provides the ability for each member to have a listing in our database all contact information including email and web site links, business description, announcement of special Hot Deal offers.

The Chamber offers additional enhancements using logos and up to eight photos to your listing to help promote your business. Contact the Chamber office for these marketing details that are offered by our database administrator.

On-line Membership Directory Changes

To update or enhance your Web Site Member Directory business listing, simply use your login and password to make your changes. If you have not used this function before, simply call the office for a refresher or to receive your login information.

Evergreen Chamber Business Center Facility Use Request & Agreement

The Evergreen Chamber Business Center (ECBC) is available for rental by Evergreen Area Chamber of Commerce (EACC) members from 8 am – 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
