From the beginning of June to the end of August, 38 businesses in Evergreen will be hosting a LIVE and LIFE SIZE Historical Monopoly game! Each participating business will be sponsoring a unique historical location in the community. Visit each site on the map, learn its secrets from local experts, collect its property card, and be the first to win cash prizes for visiting all 38 sites!

OBJECTIVE:

The objective of the game is to become the richest player by collecting all 38 property cards. Bring your completed set to the Chamber office at The Stone House (1524 Belford Ct.) by August 31st to be entered into the raffle and win GUARANTEED prizes!

• First place: $500
• Second place: $250
• Third place: $100
• All subsequent players to deliver completed sets will receive free tickets to community events, 150th anniversary merchandise (including commemorative coins), gift cards, and more!

GAME PLAY:

The game begins June 1st and ends August 31st, 2025. Players will have three months to visit each of the 38 sites on the board and collect its custom property card. Certain locations will have limitations on when you can visit as a game player, so read below carefully!

Community events including the the Evergreen Rodeo, the EPRD Summer Concert Series, and Sacred Spaces will have exclusive opportunities to collect property cards that will not be available anywhere else.
