Q: How did you get started in this business?
My father opened this (Evergreen) location in 2001 and I joined him in 2009.  He had always wanted to run a customer service business. I became the owner back in 2012 when he decided to retire.

Q: To what do you attribute your success? 
Our employees. We have a great team at our store who work very hard to give every customer the best experience they can.  They really do care and want to have customers leave happy every time.

Q: If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?
Do right by your employees and your customers and the community you are in and success will follow. Learn from mistakes and take those lessons to heart.

Q: How has being a member of the Evergreen Chamber helped your business?  
Being a member of the chamber has been incredibly important for the success of our store. The ability to network and learn from fellow businesses in the area has been invaluable.
